QUIET STUDY ROOM MAKEOVER!
Over a year ago, as we were in the process of reimaging the library facility and designing the interim Wellehan Library – Learning Commons, student study spaces were foremost on our minds. As we endeavored to meet the needs of all, we created spaces for students to work together and converse openly and also a large room for independent, quiet study. Over the past few months, we solicited input from students and worked with a local design company on a plan to outfit the Quiet Study Room with brand new, comfortable and functional furniture.
We are very pleased to announce that on Friday, April 15, the new furniture will be installed in the Quiet Study Room! As the final step of the physical transformation of the interim Wellehan Library – Learning Commons, this will truly be the icing on the cake.

Restricted Grade Items
There can be times where you’re not quite ready for students to see their grades. Have you ever given a quiz, but then wanted to adjust the grades before students see them? My Just(in) time training video this month focuses on hiding grade items and setting up date restrictions on them, giving you time to make the adjustments that you need. You can choose to either hide your grade item completely, or set it up so that the grade item will reveal itself to students for a specific date range.
